Indulge in a Easter cocktail with Baileys, vanilla vodka, and chocolate egg garnish - cheers!
Ingredients:
  • 8 mini crème chocolate eggs
  • 40.00 ml chocolate syrup
  • 252.50 gm Irish Cream
  • 250.00 ml vanilla vodka
  • 378.75 gm thickened cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Dutch-processed cocoa, to serve
Instructions:
  • Skewer one chocolate egg onto each swizzle stick. Drizzle syrup onto a small plate. Dip the rims of 8 glasses with a 2/3-cup capacity into the syrup.
  • In a shaker, combine half of the Irish cream, vodka, and thickened cream with ice. Shake well, then strain into half of the glasses. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients and glasses. Enjoy!
  • Add a generous dollop of whipped cream to each cocktail, then gently sprinkle with cocoa. Finish by placing a swizzle stick on top of each glass before serving.
