Baileys espresso martini dessert: sweet, creamy, and rich. Perfect for impressing guests at dinner parties.
Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml cooled espresso coffee
  • 375.00 ml chilled Irish Cream liqueur
  • 335.83 gm thickened cream
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • Thick chocolate fudge topping, to drizzle
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Crushed Flake bars, to serve
  • Coffee beans, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine coffee, Baileys, cream, and milk in a jug and whisk until frothy.
  • Create an elegant chocolate swirl inside each of the 4 serving glasses.
  • Pour the refreshing martini into elegant glasses. Add a dollop of fluffy whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with crushed Flake chocolate and fragrant coffee beans for a delightful finish. Serve promptly to enjoy its decadent flavors.
