Upside-down Kahlua cocktail - creamy froth layered beneath vodka and Irish cream espresso syrup. Too beautiful to resist!
Ingredients:
  • Ice cubes, to shake
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) vanilla vodka
  • 40.00 ml Irish Cream liqueur
  • Chocolate-coated coffee beans, to serve (optional)
  • 40.00 ml instant coffee granules
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • Using electric beaters, whip together the instant coffee, caster sugar, and boiling water in a bowl for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened (avoid overbeating).
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, milk, vodka, and Baileys. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into martini glasses.
  • Spoon the coffee whip over the cocktail mixture, allowing it to spread and blend smoothly. Sprinkle with coffee beans before serving, if desired.
