Irresistible spiked ice cream with Baileys and salted caramel.
Ingredients:
  • 30ml Salted Caramel Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 30ml honey bourbon whiskey
  • 15ml butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream
  • Caramilk flake bar, broken into pieces
Instructions:
  • Combine Baileys, whisky, and schnapps in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Generously crown with a large scoop of ice cream so it floats elegantly on top.
  • Garnish with chocolate before serving.
