Microwave a sinful treat with dark chocolate, cream, salted caramel, and a splash of Bailey's for a decadent dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 20.20 gm Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 187.50 ml salted caramel topping, plus extra to serve
  • 24 mini tart shells
  • Extra 300ml thickened cream, whipped
Instructions:
  • Combine the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH (100%) power. Let it stand for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Mix in the Bailey’s.
  • Divide the caramel topping evenly among the tart shells, then add the chocolate mixture on top. Sprinkle with sea salt and chill for 20 minutes until the chocolate is set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
