Baileys Tiramisu

Decadent tiramisu with Baileys-soaked ladyfingers and sweet mascarpone cream layers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1.5 cups mascarpone
  • 0.75 cup Baileys® Irish Cream, divided
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting the top
Instructions:
  • In a stand mixer with the whip attachment, beat cream to soft peaks. Mix in confectioners' sugar and salt until well combined. Add mascarpone and whip until fully incorporated. Gradually pour in 1/4 cup Baileys while the mixer is running. Set aside.
  • Combine cold coffee and the remaining 1/2 cup of Baileys in a shallow dish. Dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture one by one and layer them at the bottom of a 3-quart dish. Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with the remaining whipped cream mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top just before serving.
