Banana fritters coated in crispy, sweet coconut cinnamon crumbs for a quick and tasty dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 bananas, cut into bite-size pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, coconut, sugar, and cinnamon. In a separate small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Dip banana pieces in the egg white, then coat them with the bread crumb mixture. Place the breaded bananas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in a preheated oven for around 10 minutes.
