Maple ginger cinnamon baked bananas: a delicious paleo treat ready in 20 mins.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 4 firm bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the banana halves in the baking dish. Pour a generous amount of maple syrup over the bananas and sprinkle with a blend of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the already warm oven and bake until hot throughout, around 10 to 15 minutes.
