Elevate classic baked beans on toast with a refreshing orange and raspberry sunrise. Surprise your family with this delicious combo!
Ingredients:
  • 425g baked beans
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 62.50 ml tasty cheddar, grated
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • 787.50 gm orange juice
  • 332.50 ml frozen raspberries
Instructions:
  • Heat the 425g can of baked beans in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally until warmed.
  • Toast 4 slices of wholemeal bread.
  • In a blender, combine 3 cups of orange juice and 1 1/3 cups of frozen raspberries until you achieve a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture evenly into 4 elegant Coles Cook & Dine tall tumblers.
  • Layer the toast with the baked beans, then generously sprinkle 1/4 cup of delicious grated cheddar and 1 tbsp of freshly chopped chives on top. Enjoy alongside a refreshing raspberry sunrise.
