Creamy Caesar dressing coated baked chicken topped with buttery Parmesan for crispy, juicy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Caesar salad croutons, crushed
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • First, collect all the necessary ingredients. Then, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and generously coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Mix together the crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, and butter until well combined. Set aside for later use.
  • Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  • Season both sides of the chicken with a generous sprinkle of pepper and salt, then transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine the salad dressing, sour cream, and flour in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Drizzle the salad dressing mixture over the chicken and gently toss to evenly coat.
  • Sprinkle with the crunchy croutons.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown, the chicken is no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Garnish with parsley before serving.
