Try these crispy carrot fries with zesty lemon dill dip as a delicious side or appetizer for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon freeze dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Transfer the carrot fries to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all the fries are coated. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast carrots in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, then continue roasting until tender, for another 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper, dill, and garlic powder until well mixed. Serve with roasted carrot fries.
