Crunchy baked chicken coated in flavorful cornflakes - a healthier twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 bone-in, skin-on chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine milk, egg, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the creamy milk mixture, then roll in crispy cornflakes until fully coated. Place on a baking sheet or dish.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Check with an instant-read thermometer near the bone, it should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
