Baked Fish Fillets

Easy Baked Fish Fillets with lemon-butter sauce. Tender and flaky fish in just 30 minutes. Perfect with cod, tilapia, or catfish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound mild-flavored fish fillet, about 3/4 inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease the bottom of an 11x7x1 1/2-inch rectangular pan.
  • Prepare the fish fillets by cutting them into 4 serving pieces if required. Arrange the pieces skin side down in the pan, ensuring even thickness by folding the thin ends underneath, if needed.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients and delicately pour over the fish.
  • Bake the fish without covering for 15-20 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.
