Kid-friendly baked haddock with Parmesan bread crumbs: ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.75 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground dried thyme
  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a blazing 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
  • Combine milk and salt in a small bowl, and in another bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.
  • Coat haddock fillets in milk, then press into crumb mixture to cover. Transfer fillets to a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Place the dish with the fish on the top rack of the preheated oven and bake until the fish flakes easily, approximately 15 minutes.
