Whip up a speedy lemon-pepper shrimp bake for a delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
  • 0.5 medium lemon, zested
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C).
  • Arrange shrimp evenly in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle lemon juice, garlic, lemon-pepper, and lemon zest. Place butter slices on top and finish with a sprinkle of parsley.
  • Cook the shrimp in the preheated oven until they turn bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 5 to 10 minutes.
