Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 6 (5 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
  • 0.25 cup crushed saltine crackers, or more as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, savory soy sauce, and pungent garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  • In a baking dish, lay the mahi mahi fillets. Spoon the creamy mayonnaise mixture generously over the fish, ensuring each piece is well coated. Sprinkle crushed saltine crackers over the top to add a delicious crispy texture.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, typically around 20 minutes.
