Game day nacho lasagna: layers of beef, Cheddar, corn, beans, and salsa for a quick and tasty crowd favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos®), crushed
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet, sizzle beef with taco seasoning until golden and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Warm the refried beans in a small covered saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Begin by delicately spreading a thin layer of salsa at the base of a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Then, artfully alternate layers of half of the crushed chips, flavorful seasoned beef, beans, corn, olives, and cheese on top. Repeat this exquisite layering process with the remaining ingredients, commencing with salsa and culminating with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake nacho lasagna in the oven for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
