Taco pie: pre-baked crust filled with seasoned beef, sour cream, cheese, and crushed nacho chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the crescent dough evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch square pan and bake following the instructions on the package.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in taco seasoning.
  • Fill prebaked crust with beef filling, layer with sour cream, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and top with crushed nacho chips for a delightful finish.
  • Bake until the cheese is perfectly melted, approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
