Savory beef taco pie with eggs and cheese, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons bold taco seasoning
  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.33 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, crumble ground beef and sprinkle with flavorful taco seasoning. Cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer beef to the bottom of the prepared pie pan.
  • Combine eggs, cream, and granulated garlic in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the beef, then evenly sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the center of the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes until the eggs are set and cheese is melted. Let it rest on a cooling rack for about 5 minutes before serving.
