Crustless quiche casserole with ham, veggies, tarragon, Cheddar, and Parmesan. Delicious and simple!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups chopped cooked ham
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut asparagus, thawed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the ham, onion, red bell peppers, and asparagus in the baking dish. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, Parmesan, tarragon, salt, and pepper, then pour over the ham mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until melted. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
