Easy ham and asparagus pasta bake - quick and cheesy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups fully cooked ham cubes
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni for 8 minutes until al dente; drain.
  • Combine macaroni, most of the Cheddar cheese, asparagus, ham, onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl until everything is coated; season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top, and finish with a sprinkle of bread crumbs.
  • Bake until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown, approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
