Elevate spaghetti marinara for a classy dinner party.
Ingredients:
  • 400g wholemeal spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 slices premium leg ham, chopped
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g golden grape tomatoes
  • 200ml dry white wine
  • 12 black mussels, debearded, scrubbed
  • 200g cooked tiger prawns
  • 1 bunch rocket, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the spaghetti in a large saucepan following the package directions. Once cooked, drain and transfer back to the saucepan.
  • Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, chili, ham, and tomatoes. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes until tomatoes start to soften.
  • Turn up the heat to high then swiftly combine the wine, mussels, and prawns, covering them to cook for 1-2 minutes until the mussels open. Remove any unopened mussels before serving.
  • Mix the tomato blend and arugula into the pasta before serving.
