Delightful asparagus crepe bake recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
  • 400g packet frozen French-style crepes
  • 4 large slices leg ham, halved
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 62.50 ml grated parmesan
  • Garden salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blanch asparagus in a pot of salted boiling water for 3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well.
  • Preheat grill to high. Arrange ham, asparagus, and cheese on each crepe. Roll them up and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining asparagus, pour cream over, sprinkle with parmesan and cheese. Season with pepper. Grill for 10 minutes until bubbly and melted. Serve with salad.
