Drizzle melted chocolate for a decadent finish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ya pears, unpeeled, quartered, cored
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 50g butter, diced
  • 200ml light coconut cream
  • Yoplait vanilla Le Rice, to serve
  • Melted chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange pears in a baking dish, then sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  • Take the pan out of the oven, drizzle coconut cream over the pears, gently shake to mix, and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove the pears from the pan and set aside. Whisk the sauce mixture with a balloon whisk until well combined, then let it cool slightly.
  • Arrange the pears and rice pudding in individual serving dishes, then generously pour the sauce over the pears and finish with a decadent drizzle of melted chocolate.
