Enjoy delicious taco wings without the frying hassle, baking up beautifully with less mess.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 lb chicken wing sections, thawed if frozen
  • 1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place a large rectangular wire rack in a 18x13-inch rimmed pan and coat both with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick™ mix, oil, taco seasoning mix, and salt in a large bowl until well blended. Pat the chicken dry, add it to the mixture, and toss to coat evenly. Arrange the chicken in a single layer on a rack in a pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is beautifully browned and the juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (reaching a minimum temperature of 165°F).
  • Place the Herbed Sour Cream ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth. Enjoy it with wings.
