Baked Turkey and Cranberry Sliders

Festive turkey cranberry sliders on toasted Hawaiian rolls make the perfect holiday leftovers meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 stick butter, melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls, split
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, or to taste
  • 0.5 (14 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 pound cooked honey-roasted turkey, shaved
  • 6 slices Havarti cheese, cut into halves
  • 1 cup arugula
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine melted butter with tangy Dijon mustard, flavorful dried onion, and savory Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, whisking until well blended.
  • 1. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to taste on the rolls. Add cranberry sauce. Place turkey and 1/2 slice of cheese on each. Add arugula and top halves of the rolls. Spread melted butter mixture evenly on top. Cover the pan tightly with foil.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove, uncover, and bake until cheese is melted, for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
