Elevate turkey with a flavorful Asian herb marinade, doubling as a delicious sauce for serving.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1.25 pounds turkey tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, white wine, chicken broth, olive oil, pepper, basil, parsley, mustard powder, ginger, sugar, onion, sesame oil, lime juice, Dijon, and garlic in a bowl. Transfer mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add turkey, coat evenly with marinade, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) while you beautifully unveil the marinated turkey and gently transfer it to a 2-quart glass baking dish.
  • Bake until fully cooked through and the juices run clear, about 25 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Once the turkey is in the oven, transfer the marinade to a small saucepan and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Present the sliced turkey adorned with the delicious sauce.
