Quick and easy oven-baked turkey meatballs ready in under 30 minutes to elevate your meals.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced baby spinach
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Collect all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, egg, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl, thoroughly mixing until evenly blended.
  • Shape mixture into eight palm-sized meatballs and arrange them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until cooked through and browned on the outside, about 15-20 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
