Satisfying turkey meatballs filled with vibrant spinach and creamy feta, perfect for storing in the freezer for convenient meals.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) container crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give a light spray of cooking spray on a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  • Combine the turkey, squeezed spinach, flavorful feta, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and blend thoroughly. Shape into 24 meatballs and transfer to the greased muffin tin.
  • Cook the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
