Za'atar and olive oil coated chicken thighs baked to perfection. Pair with a Middle Eastern side or use in a wrap.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons za'atar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine za'atar, salt, and olive oil in a bowl until a thick paste forms. Add chicken thighs and coat generously. Transfer to the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until the chicken is cooked through and the juices are clear, for approximately 40 minutes, or until a thermometer reads at least 165°F (74°C) when inserted into the center.
