Transform garden zucchini into tasty baked chips with a crispy crunch by slow-cooking in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil cooking spray or regular cooking spray
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then spray it with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with cooking spray and season evenly with seasoned salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 2 hours, rotating the cookie sheet halfway through. Check zucchini every 10 minutes after 1 hour 30 minutes to prevent burning. Transfer to a cooling rack. Serve warm or chilled and store in an airtight container.
