Ingredients:
  • 2 large large zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
  • sea salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Lay out zucchini slices on a baking sheet. Gently drizzle with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Place the zucchini slices in the preheated oven and bake until they are completely dried and chip-like, which takes about 1 hour on each side. Let them cool before serving.
