Elevate your feast with this tasty marinated bocconcini.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 12 (about 360g) bocconcini cheese
  • 185mls (3/4 cup) balsamic vinegar
  • 185mls (3/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Mix fragrant oregano, aromatic rosemary, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Coat the bocconcini with the herb mixture, then transfer them to a 1-liter (4-cup) jar or airtight container.
  • Combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil until thick. Pour over bocconcini in a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  • Allow to come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
