Elevate your chicken with a flavorful herb marinade of rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, oil, and balsamic vinegar for ultimate taste!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions:
  • Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. Pour over chicken in a glass dish, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 48 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, oil the grate lightly, then remove the chicken from the marinade, shake off excess, and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill chicken until cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when checked with a thermometer.
