  • 125.00 ml frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp wheatgerm
  • 128.75 gm low-fat milk
  • 125.00 ml low-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 14.40 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Combine banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until luxuriously smooth, then elegantly pour the mixture into 2 glasses. Serve graciously.
