Banana and coconut sambal

Enhance your curry with a delicious homemade sambal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large banana, cut into 5mm-thick slices
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 13.60 gm desiccated coconut
  • 62.50 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Coat banana in lemon juice, then add coconut and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
