Irresistible banana buckwheat pancakes made with Bisquick®, quick to make for a delicious breakfast or brunch in only 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
  • 2 eggs
  • Sliced bananas, fresh blueberries and granola, if desired
  • Real maple syrup, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, flour, brown sugar, milk, mashed bananas, and eggs until well blended using a fork or whisk.
  • Preheat griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Garnish pancakes with sliced bananas, blueberries, and granola, and drizzle with syrup before serving.
