Delightful pastry tarts topped with sliced banana and gooey melted chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 117.50 gm sour cream
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • Dark, milk or white chocolate
  • 8 small precooked store bought pastry cases
  • Sliced banana
  • Maple syrup, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream and brown sugar in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves and blends in completely.
  • Grate the chocolate into fine pieces.
  • Fill the pastry cases with the sour cream mixture and garnish with sliced banana.
  • Sprinkle tarts with grated chocolate and lightly drizzle with maple syrup, if desired, before serving.
