Choc banana pancakes

Kid-friendly camping meal for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml plain flour
  • 12.00 gm baking powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 75g butter, melted, cooled
  • Extra 25g butter, melted
  • 125.00 ml chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine sifted flour and baking powder in a large bowl with salt and sugar. Create a well in the center and whisk eggs, milk, and butter in a separate container. Pour the milk mixture into the well and whisk until just combined.
  • 1. Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush with additional melted butter. 2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan, cooking 3 pancakes at a time. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until done. 3. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. 4. Repeat with the remaining batter, brushing the pan with butter between batches. 5. Spread hazelnut spread on the pancakes and serve with sliced banana.
