"Wholesome banana chocolate chip pancakes with protein and cinnamon, perfect for a decadent weekend breakfast."
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups rolled oats
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 bananas, broken into chunks
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, flour, protein powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  • In a blender, combine bananas, milk, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth. Gradually pour in the oats mixture while blending until batter is smooth.
  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over gentle heat and melt some butter. Pour around 1/4 cup of batter onto the warm butter for each pancake and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, this should take 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 3 to 5 minutes until it's perfectly done.
