Banana Cream Pie Made Easy

Indulge in a luscious banana cream pie with instant pudding, flaky pie crust, fresh bananas, and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup crushed ice
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
Instructions:
  • Whip 3 cups heavy cream on low speed in an electric mixer until it thickens slightly. Add crushed ice and continue to whip for another 4 minutes. Increase speed, add vanilla and banana pudding mixes, and whip until well blended and thickened. Then beat on high speed until mixture is stiff.
  • Cover the bottom and halfway up the sides of the pie crust with fresh banana slices. Pour half of the creamy mixture over the bananas, add the rest of the banana slices, and finish by topping it all with the remaining cream mixture.
  • Whip 1 cup of cream in a small bowl until stiff peaks form. Use a pastry bag to pipe the whipped cream on top of the pie until fully covered. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
