Whip up a refreshing Caribbean daiquiri slush!
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut up
  • 1 (12-oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups light rum
  • 4 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
Instructions:
  • Place ripe bananas and zesty limeade concentrate in a blender. Blend until smooth, ensuring the container is covered.
  • Combine the banana mixture, rum, and 2 cups of carbonated beverage in a large nonmetal freezer container. Mix well, cover, and freeze for at least 5 hours until frozen.
  • Twenty to 30 minutes before serving, transfer the mixture from the freezer to the refrigerator. Just before serving, pour the remaining 2 cups of carbonated beverage into the banana mixture and stir until slushy. Spoon the slushy mixture into glasses and garnish to your liking.
