Delicious banana nut bread with your choice of nuts, best served warm with butter. Perfect for gifting in mini loaf pans.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
  • Combine and sieve the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in mashed bananas, eggs, oil, chopped pecans, and vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture into the greased pans.
  • After baking in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, allow the dish to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from the pans.
