Whip up delicious banana muffins in minutes using pantry staple muffin mix. Enjoy the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (12.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ Banana Nut Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously grease the bottom of an 8x4-inch loaf pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine muffin mix, milk, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until just blended. Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top of the loaf is golden brown. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then gently run a knife around the edges of the pan before removing the loaf. Allow the loaf to cool completely for about 45 minutes before slicing.
