Transform muffins into a delectable banana nut quick bread loaf with Betty Crocker® mix for a simple and satisfying treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ banana nut muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease the bottom of a loaf pan that measures 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 or 9x5x3 inches.
  • Gently mix muffin mix, water, oil, and egg in a medium bowl until just combined. Transfer the mixture to a pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake the 8-inch loaf for 35 to 45 minutes, or the 9-inch loaf for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the loaf is golden brown. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then loosen the sides, remove from pan, and place top side up on a wire rack. Cool completely for about 2 hours before slicing. Enjoy fresh for up to 4 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 10 days.
