Wholesome banana oat bars packed with peanuts, carrots, and apples - a perfect fuel for workouts or quick energy on the move.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine oats, ripe bananas, shredded carrots, diced apple, applesauce, and chopped peanuts in a bowl, then evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake until golden brown, around 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
