Easy no-bake cream cheese and pudding pie, customizable with any pudding flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant banana pudding mix
  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Slice bananas into delicate 1/4-inch pieces and arrange them elegantly on a bed of graham cracker crust, saving some slices for later.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in the pudding mix until smooth. Slowly add the milk and mix until everything is well combined. Pour the mixture over the layer of bananas.
  • Add yet another layer of fresh banana slices over the creamy pudding layer. Generously cover the bananas with fluffy whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours before serving. For an elegant touch, mix any leftover banana slices with lemon juice to preserve their color if using them as a garnish.
