Ingredients:
  • 0.66666698455811 cup shortening
  • 0.66666698455811 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Combine shortening and sugar in a medium bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and banana pudding mix. Mix in 2 cups flour, then add the remaining flour gradually until dough is formed. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before using.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease your baking sheets. Roll your dough into charming walnut-sized balls, then position them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Gently press down on each ball to achieve a delightful thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
