Banana Slush Punch

Chill banana citrus slush, top with ginger ale for a refreshing party punch!
Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 3 liters ginger ale
Instructions:
  • Blend ripe bananas, sugar, and 3 cups of water in a blender until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gently mix in pineapple juice. Incorporate orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, and 3 more cups of water. Divide the mixture into 3 plastic containers and freeze until firm, which takes 4 hours or overnight.
  • Thaw in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving. Add slush to a punch bowl in batches and pour in 1 liter of ginger ale each time.
