Decadent no-bake cheesecake with an authentic taste.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 medium bananas, quartered
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 8 maraschino cherries, halved
  • 0.25 cup chocolate syrup
  • 0.5 cup pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Combine the melted butter or margarine with the graham crackers and firmly press into a 9x12 inch pan.
  • Combine confectioner's sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then spread over graham cracker crumbs. Top with crushed pineapple and bananas, followed by whipped topping. Decorate with maraschino cherry halves, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
